Jelly Bean Tea Balls Recipe


Jelly Bean Tea Balls

 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
3 Tbs. granulated sugar replacement
1 Tbs. fructose
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbs. finely chopped dietetic jellybeans

 

Instructions:
Using an electric mixer, beat margarine, sugar replacement and fructose until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Fold in chopped jellybeans. Shape dough into 1/2-in. balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes Cool on racks.Yield; 42 balls
