Lobster Thermodore
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped lobster
1/4 cup mushrooms
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
roux (flour and oil cooked until brown)
1/4 cup butter for sautéing
1/2 package Ranch dressing, prepared
1 onion
3 cups milk
3 cubes chicken bouillon
paprika
Method:
Dice onions, slice mushrooms, saute until tender. Add parsley, Ranch dressing
and lobster meat. In another pan boil milk; add bouillon, thicken with roux. Mix
dressing and lobster mixture. Place in casserole; sprinkle with paprika. Dot
with butter and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
