Old No. 7 Fish Steaks

Ingredients:
3 fish steaks (swordfish, tuna, halibut or turbot)
1 cup Jack Daniel's Whiskey
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Marinate fish steaks in Jack Daniel's Whiskey in a zip lock bag or shallow glass
dish. Cover and set aside for one hour. Remove the fish steaks from the marinade
and pat dry. Brush lightly with oil. Grill five minutes per side, basting once
per side with oil. Season with salt and pepper before serving. Makes three
servings
