Tuna James
Recipe by: Ron J. Ballard
Ingredients:
One 3/4 inch thick tuna steak (preferably fresh yellow fin)
2 pats butter
2 small sprigs of dill
1 Tbs dry white wine
1 Tbs tomato basil vinaigrette
Aluminum Foil
Method:
Take the tuna steak and carefully place it in the Foil. Add the white wine,
dill, vinaigrette and butter adding the butter last (on top of the fish) Wrap
the tuna up tightly in the foil and place on a gas grill on low/medium for 8
minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK
This recipe is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend that you try it.
